Low-level tty discovery, permission checks and message delivery.

Structs§

all_sessions: All distinct (user, tty) sessions, optionally restricted to members of group, deduplicated by tty.
deliver_message: Open tty and write message to it, giving up after timeout.
escape_and_wrap_content: Escape non-printable characters as ^XRewrite LF TO CRLFWrap at wrap_width columns if given.
